2.- USERS: Access and/or use of this NC web site grants the condition of USER, who, from such access and/or use, accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Use herein. The mentioned Terms and Conditions will be of application independantly from the General Terms and Conditions of Contract, which when appropriate, would be mandatory.

3.- USE OF THE WEB SITE: www.superpremiumdiet.com It grants access to a large amount of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter "the contents”) on the Internet belonging to NC to which the user can have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the web site. Such liability extends to the registration required to access determined services or contents. On the said register, the USER will be responsible for providing true and legal information. As a result of this register, the USER can be provided with a password which will be his/her responsibility, committing to make a diligent and confidential use thereof. NC reserves the right to remove any comment and contribution that undermine people's dignity, which are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, which jeopardize youth or childhood, order or public security, or which in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. Whatever the case, NC will not be responsible for the opinions given by the users through forums, chats or any other participatory tool.
